Thank you for shopping with Tokul Racks. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and at a fair price. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

 

1. Pre-Order Notice

We Are Currently Accepting Pre-Orders

Tokul Racks is launching with pre-orders. All orders placed now are pre-orders and will not ship immediately.

Products are expected to ship in Summer 2026. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Your payment will be collected at the time of purchase to secure your order.

2. Order Processing

Once products become available, pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Important:

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

If we experience any delays to our launch timeline, we will communicate updates promptly via email.

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the contiguous United States:

* Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

 

4. Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. Please note:

       Additional shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

       Delivery times may be longer than standard estimates.

       Free shipping thresholds may not apply to these regions.

 

5. International Shipping

At this time, Tokul Racks ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.

 

       International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country.

       Tokul Racks is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

       We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders.

 

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also log into your account at tokulracks.com to view the status of your order.

 

Tracking Tip:

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking number is not working after 48 hours, please contact us at support@tokulracks.com.

 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Tokul Racks is not liable for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

       Checking with neighbors or building management.

       Contacting your local post office or carrier facility.

       Filing a claim directly with the carrier.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tokulracks.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

 

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Tokul Racks is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@tokulracks.com — we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

 

9. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details on how to return or exchange an item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
