Refund policy

Tokul Racks accepts returns on unused, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.  A 5% restocking fee applies to returned items.  Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.  Damage that occurs in return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
