Tokul Racks Limited Lifetime Warranty

Tokul Racks products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty to be free of defects in material or workmanship for the original registered owner with an original sales receipt.  

Limitations of the Warranty

Warranty does not cover conditions beyond Tokul Racks control; including but not limited to defects caused by:

  • Impact, accidents, excessive loading, theft,  acts of God, or other event occurring beyond our reasonable control

  • Improper assembly, improper installation, or improper operation

  • Failure to perform routine maintenance

  • Abuse, misuse, or neglect

  • Handling, transport, or storage

  • Product alteration in any manner by anyone other than Tokul Racks 

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, cosmetic oxidation, uv discoloring, or cosmetic differences 

If covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, the item will be repaired or replaced if irreparable. These warranties are given in lieu of any express or implied warranties provided for under the law. 

Limit of Liability

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY COVERS REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT FOR THE COVERED TOKUL RACKS PRODUCT WHICH IS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER’S SOLE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. ANY DAMAGE TO VEHICLE OR OTHER PROPERTY IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. PERSONAL INJURY IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL DAMAGE IS NOT ALLOWED IN ALL STATES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY. 


Lifetime Product Support

If you destroy your Tokul Rack product in any way not covered by our limited lifetime warranty, we will replace the broken parts for a nominal fee with the return of the broken part(s).
